4.30 pm: Welcome at Kunstverein
5 pm: Moderated conversation and exchange: We the members
5.30 pm: Short guided exhibition tour
6 pm: Concert
6.30 pm: Short guided exhibition tour
afterwards: Convivial evening with snacks and drinks in the garden area
7.30 pm: Opening light installation Tim Etchells
We the members – We would like to take this day as an opportunity to talk to you: the members of Kunstverein Braunschweig. Who are all members of this Kunstverein? Which points of contact do you consider to be particularly valuable? And what isn’t considered yet in the programming? Where do you see scope for personal commitment? So what are your wishes for a club life programmed by members for members?
In addition to a moderated informal exchange on the mentioned questions, we offer short guided exhibition tours through the current exhibitions. The day is accompanied by music, snacks and drinks. We are looking forward to talking and celebrating with you. Following this event, we invite you to celebrate the public opening of Tim Etchell’s light installation at Kunstverein.

This collaboration is part of the project Es sollten viele sein und sie müssen nicht zusammenpassen, 2021, which rethinks the roles of artists, curators, and audiences. It revolves around the question: What can the Kunstverein do for you and your community?
